I am a Life & Career accredited with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring. At the moment due to the Coronavirus situation, I am working with clients online.

I use different techniques like hypnosis, NLP, meditation together with coaching and counselling skills. This enables me to support clients with a wide range of problems and also to individualise other underlying issues in a few sessions.  

My approach is what I call 'human to human', I am not better or worse than my clients, my job is to mirror them in a way that they can find what they are looking for within themselves. I trust them to have the resources they need, but that they might be struggling to see. My solution is to bring clients to consider strengths, opportunities and choices that they were ignoring before. I am positive this new awareness will lead them to a happier and healthier life.
