I am a Life Coach and Therapist with a great passion for supporting others in getting the best from their lives and helping them express their true power.
Finding balance and fulfillment in life is not always so easy and straightforward, external factors can bring us away from our goals. Our own bad habits, lack of confidence, limiting beliefs can also stop us from evolving into the best version of ourselves.
Growing up I have always thought that in my adult life I would only have to worry about career, relationships and where to live. I used to think that, unless something terrible was happening to me, I would always be ‘happy’ and that my mental health and wellbeing were not really questionable or something I would have to deal with.
As you probably can imagine when I experienced depression and strong anxiety for the first time I was terrified. I thought I was ill and that there was something very wrong with me. Beside the support of my family, there was not much around me to help me understanding what was going on inside my head but I wanted to know why I was feeling that way. I trusted my intuition and I gave myself the chance to know more in order to feel better.
It took me about 10 years and studies, research, therapy, many books and courses to embrace that my emotions, my thoughts, my moods, my states of mind, positive or negative, are all part of me and my only job is to accept and take good care of them.
I am now grateful I have experienced how mental health can affect my life, because it allowed me to know much more about myself, happiness and life general. My discoveries changed my life and improved drastically my mental and physical wellbeing. I became so passionate about it that I chose to help others in their own discoveries as my own career.
Through my experience I have realised how important it is to have the right support around us and how much mental and physical wellbeing are determinant in our lives.
I firmly believe in coaching and the power of talking therapy and I help my clients on a variety of challenges.

I’m accredited with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring as a Level 5 Life Coach, my training included life coaching techniques, hypnotherapy, counselling skills and NLP. In my sessions I also use breathing exercises and meditation.
